GEOTECHNICAl drilling
Soil sample recovery and quality is everything when it comes to geotechnical drilling. The method and precision of obtaining the sample is as important as the sample itself. The data that is collected during drilling will influence decisions on future recommendations for construction at the site. That is why ABC Liovin Drilling has utilized calibrated tools such as the CME automatic hammer to collect soil samples. That is the same reason every rig that we run has this system onboard. There are other methods to collect Geotechnical Samples during drilling, but none as safe, efficient, precise or consistent. This ensures that soil engineering is done using accurate data. Installation of insitu geotechnical instruments, such as piezometers, inclinometers, and extensometers have been a standard practice since 1982. Experience counts.
